NxtKnit aggregates and AI-synthesizes public feedback to derive market signal scores, urgency metrics, and opportunity summaries. All scores, evidence counts, and market summaries are provided strictly for research, discovery, and informational purposes. AppRerum does not warrant or guarantee that creating a startup software product based on NxtKnit market signals will achieve specific commercial revenue, funding, or market success.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The NxtKnit mark, scoring algorithms, vector embedding pipelines, and custom design systems are the exclusive intellectual property of AppRerum. You may not frame, duplicate, sell, or systematically re-publish NxtKnit opportunity data feeds without an explicit enterprise license from AppRerum.
4. Acceptable Use & Security
When using NxtKnit, you agree not to engage in any activity that impairs or interferes with platform performance:
- Do not execute automated denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or flood API endpoints.
- Do not bypass API rate limits or security headers (
X-Scraper-Token). - Do not attempt to compromise AppRerum's multi-machine node network or backend PostgreSQL database instances.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppRerum and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to NxtKnit, third-party source outages, or reliance on synthesized market trends.
