Comment on: I got tired of the endless 'news' barrage
i've been in journalism and venture capital for quite some time. after spending like 3 to 4 hours a day going through news and info, i finally got tired of the information overload. i didn't want a news summarizer, i wanted something that cut through the noise, not bottled it up in a smaller package. so we built flow and turned it loose on founders and investors and they enjoyed it. now 8 months in, fully automated. not an llm wrapper or summarizer. if you want to be added to the user list send a note to [email protected] with 'hacker news' in subject line since the service is invite only.
