PulseForge: Webhook-Free CI/CD Platform

Developers are frustrated by GitHub Actions' rising pricing and the fragility of webhook‑based pipelines, which can break or incur hidden costs. PulseForge delivers a self‑hosted‑style, event‑driven CI/CD service with flat‑rate pricing and no webhook dependencies, letting teams run builds reliably at predictable cost.
